GENERAL DESCRIPTION
This type of hoses are designed for the transport of crude oil and petroleum product used for loading and unloading Vessel at offshoremoorings Systems
A Single Carcass Hose consists of the three main elements of lining, body and cover, which terminate over an end fitting.
This hoses are fully Conform to a protootype in reference and according to GMPHOM 2009 (Guide to Manufacturing and Purchasing Hoses for Offshore Moorings)

FITTING
- End Connections built in during manufacture.
- Flange Type: Standard flange ASME B16.5 Class 150lb or 300lb Welding Neck Flat Face (Other type available on request)
- Flange Material: Standard Flange Material ASTM A 105 N with a carbon of maximum 0,25% (Other materials available on request)
- Flange Coating: Hot Dip Galvanized According to EN ISO 1461 (610 gr./sqm.)
- Gasket Contact Surface: Finished According to EN 1759-1
- Nipple Material: ASTM A 106 grade A or B or API 5L grade A or B Killed or semikilled steel with a carbon content of maximum 0,23%
- Butt Weld: Xrayed in according to EN 1435 or ASME VIII par. UW-51B.
- Fillet Weld: MPI according to ASME VIII app.6
