Large-diameter dredging hoses can be divided into high-pressure large-diameter hoses and low-pressure large-diameter hoses according to the working pressure state. Among the processing technology, low-pressure large-diameter hoses are divided into low-pressure conveying large-diameter hoses (positive pressure) and low-pressure suction large-diameter hoses ( negative pressure).


The frame layer of high-pressure large-diameter rubber hose is multi-layer steel wire braiding or environmental reinforcement layer, and the frame layer of low-pressure large-diameter rubber hose is multi-layer fabric/shizi wire surround reinforcement layer, plus spiral steel wire frame reinforcement layer, and the negative pressure suction hose adopts double layers The spiral steel wire skeleton reinforced layer structure ensures that the pipe body will not be sucked or deformed under negative pressure working conditions.
